Booking, registration, or payment does not guarantee entry. Final admission remains subject to verification of guest information and identity at the entrance, and management approval.
Entry is valid only for the date, category, package, and guest details submitted at the time of booking.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with venue rules, incorrect information, safety concerns, privacy concerns, inappropriate conduct, or failure to pass entry verification.
Acceptance of Premises Condition
The guest acknowledges and accepts the premises, facilities, and equipment in their current condition “As Is,” without any future claims or objections.
Management shall not be held responsible for the current condition of the premises, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Opening Hours
Operating hours are according to the schedule announced by management or displayed at the time of booking.
Management reserves the right to change operating hours, close certain areas, or adjust services due to weather, maintenance, private events, operational requirements, safety requirements, government instructions, or force majeure.
Ladies Only Policy
La Maison d’Obhur is a ladies-only venue / area. Entry is subject to the approved guest and age policy announced by management or displayed at the time of booking.
Children Policy
Children are allowed according to the approved age policy displayed at the time of booking or confirmed by management at entry.
Children’s tickets, age categories, and entry permissions are subject to the current approved policy.
Mothers or accompanying guardians are fully responsible for children and individuals with special needs under their supervision at all times.
Fees, Taxes, Packages, and Inclusions
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
All prices, fees, and packages are subject to the rates displayed at the time of booking or announced by management.
Fees cover entry to the venue only, unless the selected package clearly states otherwise.
Package inclusions such as seat category, towels, lockers, gifts, food, beverages, massages, entertainment, parking, VIP parking, or any additional services are subject to the specific package purchased and availability.
All prices, packages, inclusions, and services may change without prior notice.
Payment Policy
For your convenience, card payments only may be accepted at the venue according to the approved payment policy.
Dress Code and Swimming
Proper swimwear is mandatory when using the swimming pool or sea.
Sportswear and undergarments are not allowed in the pool or sea.
Guests must bring their own personal swimming essentials, including but not limited to swimwear, slippers, water shoes, shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, and other personal items.
Nannies or accompanying caregivers must wear proper swimwear if permitted to enter the pool or sea.
Food and Beverages
Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Food and beverage services are available inside the venue, subject to operating schedule and availability.
Shisha Policy
Shisha is only allowed if provided by the venue and in designated areas approved by management. Bringing outside shisha is not allowed.
Shisha availability, timing, location, and fees are subject to the current approved policy.
Additional Services
Additional services such as lockers, towels, parking, VIP parking, massages, entertainment, gifts, or other services are subject to package type, availability, operating schedule, and management approval.
Additional charges may apply according to the approved rates at the time of booking or service request.
Seating and Reservation Policy
Seats and sunbeds are subject to availability and the package purchased.
Sunbed priority may be given to online reservations.
If a guest does not arrive by the announced cut-off time, management reserves the right to reassign the seat to another guest.
To guarantee a seat for the full day regardless of arrival time, an additional fee may apply according to the approved reservation policy.
Towels, Sunbeds, Oils, and Beach Use
Guests are requested to use the provided sunbeds and designated seating areas.
Towels may not be placed directly on the beach as a substitute for sunbeds or reserved seating.
The use of tinted oils or substances such as “Dam Al-Ghazal” during sunbathing is strictly prohibited.
Guests must use personal towels when applying oils or similar products.
Any damage to venue towels, furniture, or facilities may be charged at full replacement or repair value.
Photography and Privacy
Photography and videography are strictly prohibited to protect the privacy of guests and others.
Photography is only permitted under direct supervision of onsite staff or with prior written approval from management.
In case of violation, management or authorized staff may request to inspect unauthorized content and require immediate deletion of any photos or videos taken without permission. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action.
Personal Belongings
Guests are fully responsible for their personal belongings.
Management is not responsible for any lost, stolen, unattended, or damaged items, regardless of cause.
Lockers may be available for an additional charge, subject to availability.
Cleanliness and Property Care
Guests must maintain cleanliness at all times and dispose of waste in designated bins.
Guests must use public facilities, buildings, and venue property respectfully and properly.
Any damage, misuse, tampering, or destruction of venue property, buildings, furniture, towels, equipment, plants, décor, or facilities is strictly prohibited.
The responsible guest will bear the full cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused.
Safety and Assumption of Risk
Guests acknowledge that beach and pool areas may involve natural and operational risks, including areas where barriers, lifeguards, supervision, or safety control may be limited or unavailable.
Guests acknowledge the coastal nature of the venue and accept the risks associated with the beach, sea, pool, sun exposure, heat, slipping, falling, weather conditions, and other hazards.
Guests bear full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur on-site, including but not limited to drowning in the pool or sea, sunstroke, heat-related incidents, slipping, falling, or other natural or operational hazards.
Guests use the pool, sea, beach, facilities, and services at their own risk.
Management, owners, and employees shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, drowning, slipping, falling, sunstroke, heat-related incidents, or any other damages, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Swimming and Beach Boundaries
Guests must swim only in designated areas and must not go beyond the approved swimming boundary or island boundary.
Guests must follow all safety, beach, pool, and staff instructions at all times.
Umbrellas and Weather Conditions
Umbrellas, sunshades, and outdoor furniture may be closed or restricted during strong winds or unsafe weather conditions.
If a guest insists on using or opening umbrellas during strong winds or unsafe conditions against staff instruction, she assumes full responsibility for any resulting damage, injury, or loss.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas, including restrooms, prayer rooms, lounge rooms, relaxation rooms, and any other indoor areas.
Smoking may only be allowed in designated areas, if provided and approved by management.
Guest Conduct
Guests must respect other guests, staff, neighbors, and venue property at all times.
Any form of disturbance, harassment, harm, offensive behavior, violation of others’ comfort or privacy, loud disturbance, misuse of facilities, or non-compliance with staff instructions is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed inside the venue, unless otherwise approved by management.
Management reserves the right to take appropriate action against any violator.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Guests must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, public morals, public decency requirements, and Islamic values in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any activity that violates laws, regulations, public morals, public decency, religious values, or venue policy is strictly prohibited.
Political discussions, sensitive topics, or similar discussions that may cause disturbance or disagreement within the venue are not permitted.
Violators bear full legal responsibility for any fines, penalties, or consequences.
Adjacent Properties and Neighbors
Guests acknowledge that La Maison d’Obhur is not responsible for lawful activities, people, or operations taking place in adjacent properties or neighboring areas.
Guests have no right to object to or make claims against such adjacent activities, provided they are outside La Maison’s control and within applicable regulations.
Refund, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
No-shows are not eligible for a refund, credit transfer, or rescheduling unless otherwise approved by management.
Failure to attend cancels the guest’s right to claim the ticket amount, and the amount will not be carried over as credit.
Refunds, cancellations, booking amendments, late arrivals, and non-attendance are subject to the approved venue policy and package conditions.
No refunds are issued for personal circumstances, including but not limited to changes of plan, late arrival, non-attendance, or health-related personal situations, including menstruation, unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by management.
Service Availability
Certain services, including restaurants, beach service, shisha, lockers, towels, massages, entertainment, DJ, gifts, parking, or VIP parking, may be subject to availability, timing, weather, operational requirements, and selected package.
Management may modify, suspend, substitute, or cancel any service when necessary.
Force Majeure
Management is not responsible for delays, closures, interruptions, or service changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government instructions, emergencies, maintenance, safety requirements, technical issues, or force majeure events.
Right of Management
Management reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel admission, terminate the visit, request a guest to leave, or remove any guest who violates these Terms & Conditions, venue rules, staff instructions, privacy policy, safety policy, or applicable laws.
In the event of non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions, management may request the guest to leave the premises without refund.
In such cases, no refund, credit, transfer, compensation, or carried-over ticket value will be provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Acceptance
By entering the venue, completing a booking, registration, or making payment, the guest confirms that she has read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
