By entering the venue, you accept it as is, and the management holds no responsibility for its condition.

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and dispose of waste in designated areas.

Any form of disturbance, harm, or violation of others’ comfort or privacy is strictly prohibited.

Guests bear full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur on-site, including but not limited to:
- Drowning in the pool or sea (note: there are no barriers or lifeguards).

Sunstroke or heat-related incidents.

A mother is fully responsible when accompanying a child or an individual with special needs.

Photography is strictly prohibited to protect the privacy of others, except under supervision by onsite staff.

In case of violation, the staff has the right to delete photos or videos.

Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The management is not liable for any lost items.

Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas such as restrooms, the prayer room, and relaxation rooms.

Guests must follow all safety and security guidelines and are expected to use public facilities and property respectfully.

Guests must comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The following are strictly forbidden:

Discussions of political or similar sensitive topics.

Any activities that violate religious values or public decency.

Any violation may result in penalties and full legal responsibility.

In the event of non-compliance with these terms, the management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the premises without any refund.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund, and the ticket amount will not be carried over as credit.

Completing registration and payment does not guarantee entry.

Final approval for entry is subject to identity verification at the entrance.
